Summary:
The California Healthcare Foundation developed this project that to allows multiple health departments to access LiveStories, an innovative data and storytelling platform, alongside consultation and skill building sessions from the Public Health Institute to help them strategically communicate their data. The Health Data + team has also developed a series of reports that can be used by any California county.
