Summary:
The California Registered Nurse Value Project seeks to bring together health care decision makers in an effort to provide definitions around the value of services provided by nurses. The aim is to define the roles of nurses and address shortages in health care providers by identifying services that can be provided by nurses that have traditionally been provided by physician or other providers at a higher cost.
