Summary:
The Empowering Mothers program provides a creative and unique approach to empower, engage and connect mothers to a network of resources designed to improve the quality of their parenting skills. This programing includes nutrition, child development, hazards/ safety and stress management. The program also encourages interaction between participating parents in an effort to establish intra-group support and long lasting support networks.
